Why is it that if someone steals from a bank or armored car and run away they can be shot? Why else would a cop need to have a gun on them?
But If someone breaks into my house and steals, then runs away I cannot shoot them?
Double standart anyone? why is the bank’s valuables more important than my valuables?
The husband of a friend of mine was in a nearby town when the evac orders came down...and he couldn't get through the barricade to get to his home because he didn't have his driver's license with him.
She had to load up the pets and meet him at the bottom of the mountain.
not in Texas, on your own property.
Gotta love TX!
You may have a point. I can't recall any looter actually getting shot but I do recall reports of the looting and shooting at the FD and PD by the *upstanding residents of the West Side* stopped pretty quick.
I know if I were a looter, I’d take it seriously, besides, there’s always somebody that doesn’t get the memo......
