If the dems end up with 59 senators, don’t be surprised if McCain jumps. They’d offer him any chairmanship he’d ask for. And I’m not kidding.
McCain has talked with the Democrats about switching sides before in name only. In deed he’s already done it too often to count. It’s certainly possible.
probably won’t happen, if for no other reason then conservatives would rejoice and suddenly become energized at the prospect of taking him out in the next race without the GOP trying to protect the RINO.
