If the Bible is true (and I believe it is), then this monster stepfather has a special punishment awaiting him whenever he busts Hell wide open. I don’t believe God will be lenient.
Sadly the mum will face a slap on the wrist and will continue to draw benefits and play online poker.

And yet the Brits wont execute this monster.You know how gov't employees have a tendency to screw things up, I wouldn't be suprised if there were a 'beureaucratic snafu' that placed him in the general population.
Oh, geewhizgoshdarn.
