This is what Obama supporters refuse to see and what makes them sputter and foam if you say it to them, believe me, I know! I became VERY irritated when the talking heads tried to say that the polls showed that Obama would have done better yet if he had been white, as if racism were holding him back. Anyone with a functional brain knows that he NEVER would have gotten to first base in the primaries had he been white. He would have been struggling to catch up with Edwards. I don’t understand how anyone could think differently. Even in the South there were hordes of dimwits saying, “Maybe it’s time to have a black president”. Maybe it would be time if the candidate were Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Herman Cain or Col. Allen West but of course none of them would have spouted empty slogans or promised to defeat disease, poverty and global warming. There must be countless thousands, maybe millions of black men in this nation who would be better in the office than the one who was elected.
