A Hampstead man with a history of suing the government has filed a lawsuit saying President-elect Barack Obama shouldn’t have been on the state’s election ballot because his citizenship is in doubt. One must be a citizen of this country to be president.
It has been well-documented that Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, to a Kenyan father and Kansan mother who met at the University of Hawaii.
Nonetheless, the man filing the lawsuit, Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan, claims the government has not allowed official access to his birth records or hospital records.
In the lawsuit, filed in Pender County on Nov. 7, he names Elaine Marshall, the N.C. Secretary of State, and the N.C. Board of Elections. He filed a similar lawsuit in Pender County in October that was dismissed.
“Should Mr. Obama be discovered ... not to have a valid certified U.S. birth certificate ... be found ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and thereby his election be declared void,” the latest lawsuit states, in part.

Uh, no, Ms. Gonzalez, it hasn't been well-documented. Well-documented would mean the original birth certificate, or a 100% verifiable copy of it.
How is this stated as fact by the "journalist"?
Lies and assumptions stated over and over again become facts. That’s how. At least that’s how it works in their bizarro world.
The court will reject this lawsuit just as other courts have already done. This is America 2008 if you want justice the last venue you will find it in is the courts.
The country bought Obama never knowing he shouldn’t have been for sale in the first place. Even if the country finds out he was ineligible to hold the office nothing will be done about it.

Yes, that's right but I doubt any court in the land including SCOTUS is going to expose the lie. I believe our Constitution has been subverted by an evil crooked black "Community Organizer" from Chicago.
Apparently the constitution means more to some of us than others.
Ok, why doesn’t he just produce a valid birth certificate? The birth certificate on Obama’s site has been obviously altered and one need not be a document expert to detect that someone clumsily blacked out the certificate number. At the bottom of the document it says ‘ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE” The certificate is obviously altered and therefore “invalidated”.
Why not come clean? There must be something to hide. What else can reasonable people believe?
This journalist needs to go back to journalism school and brush up on her methods. Doesn't she know that if you are presenting a flagrant lie as a fact, you should do so with seeming carelessness, preferably in the form of a dependent clause?
I believe the country may very well take to the streets over this lie. Our Constitution makes our country great and it should be defended. God help us all if that happens!
I don’t understand why all of these lawsuits aren’t out in the mainstream media, shills though they are for Obama. All the networks keep talking about is Malia’s dress, where the girls will be going to school, Obama’s cabinet picks, etc. They’re treating Obama as if he already IS the president, whereas he actually has some almost insurmountable hurdles to overcome. WHEN will the media, including Fox, start reporting on this????
