You logic mystifies me. No we will not be back in the same mess if these cars that pictures are posted of are as good as I hear. Then the “Bridge Loan” will not be throwing good money after bad.
I’d rather see the money go to consumers to buy the cars. Then we know the cars would be build and used. I don’t like either option but I’d far rather see the consumers get the money. (That’s us, folks.)

The Big Three have been making reasonably good vehicles for a while now. If you look at the reported repair rates, there's just not that much difference in quality any more.
