I don’t know about Napolitano sometimes ... he said that the Clerk of the Senate verifies age, citizenship, etc. after the electoral votes are counted.
I have searched United States Code Title III, Chapter I: Presidential Elections And Vacancies - there is NO provision for the Senate Clerk to do ANY such thing.
He also said that NO Presidential candidate, other than McCain, would have standing to challenge in court - Bull Hockey!!!

I think that was an opinion not a fact necessarily. He based that opinion upon what he “thought” the court might consider. Bruce Fein was on Mike’s program earlier that day and gets deeper into the issues. I think anyone can bring a suit but as in Berg, the judge ruled he had no standing and threw the case out. Once Obama is sworn in, there is little anyone can or will do; perhaps Keyes’ suit will get somewhere; we shall see.
