Because ALL Hawaii birth certificates are sealed because they are Vital Records and not public records in order to prevent identity theft. Only the person listed on a birth certificate or their designee can gain access to a vital record.

If all Hawaii birth certificates are sealed why did Obama need lawyers to make sure that it stayed sealed? Who was going to steal his identity? He has had a number of identities himself.
