For the record, Justice Souther did NOT say that he must present his BC by Dec 1st. That is an unfounded and untrue rumor.
Justice Souter gave Obama’s attorneys a December 1st deadline to respond via legal arguements to Phillip Berg’s request for a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari.
A petition for a Writ of Certiorari is fancy legalese for “please US Supreme Court, take my case on appeal.”
Souter will review Berg’s petition, then he will review Obama’s attorneys reasons for NOT taking the case, then he will decide whether or not to try to get three other Supreme Court Justices to hear the case.

It takes four Justices to agree for the Supreme Court to hear a case on appeal. Presenting Obama’s birth certificate in response to a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari is NOT going to happen however Obama’s lawyers might choose to include sworn affadivits in their filing for Justice Souter from the two Hawaii Department of Health officials who have seen Obama’s “vault copy” birth certificate and verified that it is genuine.

Hawwii dept health officials have never, at any time, made a statement to the effect that they have verified Obama’s actual place of birth, citizenship history/status, or other ammendments that have occurred to the document. They have only stated that whatever he has filed with the state of Hawawii is authentic, and, that by law, they are not allowed to comment on any personal data that is included in his long form birth certificate.

The state of Hawaii dept of health comments have only raised more questions about what Obama is possibly trying to conceal.
