How nice of GWB. What's the address? Can we send him a letter? Is there an email address?

Someone else made an interesting point. Did the previous incumbent Presidents just rent temporary offices in the DC area on their own dime?

But the thrust of my post is that Obama may be trying to do an end run around the Constitutional protection against demagogues, namely the Electoral College.
