I think you are right. The SCOTUS did not really want to get involved in 2000 but had to after SCOFLA went rogue. Although the leftwing dipshits on the court tried to subvert the Consitution then, I doubt any of them will want to precipitate a Constitutional crisis by even hearing this case. It will remain moot and obama will remain president-elect.

Better now than after The One is inaugerated. If proof were to “leak” out then, All Hell Would Break Loose. It would call into question the very legitimacy of the Government. And still The One, and whoever controls his strings, would not concede.

One of the rulings in 2000 was 7-2. The Court will not be able to pass eventually but Congress is on the hook if it accepts him without verifying his qualifications.
Some questions go beyond the desires of mere men when History takes a stand.
