Keyes seems to have the best “standing” so far.

Yeah, that was my point about Keyes, I would think he would have credibility.

Having run against the O-man he probably knows a thing or two.

They are "at" the Court, but has the Court agree to rule on the merits of either case?

Even better is that of the two California *electors* joining his suit.

Judge Ginsberg and Bryer will find that the “living - breathing” constitution clearly states that we can have a “No Doc - Sub-prime” President.

Our constitution is like an ARM.
