I bet it is embarrassing, though I don’t think disqualifying. Too many people, including state and federal election officials, etc., have too much at stake, (like possible criminal negligence) if there were anything too damaging and they did nothing. My inkling is that either his mom was younger than 18 when he was born, his real name is not Obama but her maiden name, or some such.
In my most cynical moments, I think he knows there is nothing major there, but wants to work up a certain number of folks on the right to cause dissent in the ranks, weakening the R’s run in 2010. Then, when he finally releases it, we all have egg on our face. But I understand that’s pretty far fetched.
First of all we already know his mom was not 18 when he was born. And there is no need to allow a public examination of the BC information. Just allow the Court to examine it en camera. That is enough for this Right Wing fanatic.
