But did Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama's mom) live in Hawaii for the 12 months before the birth? She geaduated from High school in Washington State in June of 1960, at some point after, moved to Hawaii. Barack (or Barry?) was born just 14 months after her graduation.

If Madelyn registered the birth, and possibly also placed the birth announcement, she could have claimed anything she liked. As Chief wrote; Who would question such a fine upstanding citizen as the mortgage administrator at Bankoh registering her grandson’s birth?
