There's an assessed value of $681K and an estimate on Zillow of $741K. An assessed value doesn't necessarily equal an appraised value. I don't know if the place is up for sale or not. Comparable homes in the area are selling in the mid to upper $600K range. It will be interesting to see what the final selling price goes for, should the parcel actually sell.
