We’ll never know for sure but Kenya did not become an independent nation until seweral years after Barark Huseein Obama II was born. Independence from Great Britain was declared in 1963 and the Nation of Kenya was established in 1964.

What you just said is irrelevant - whether Kenya was an independent nation or colony. It was still a country. The info you posted said people could put their own race or nation of origin.

Nowhere did it say people could put their own “continent” of origin.

It would be interesting to see BC from that era and see if “African” shows up on any of them.

I was in Kenya in the late 50ties and it was called Kenya at that time!!!
