Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. It could be that it doesn't exist, or it could be that he's playing rope-a-dope...hoping that hysteria will reach a fever pitch before produucing it and discrediting the right. I have no idea which explanation is correct -- but it's wise for us to tread lightly until these lawsuits play out.
Baloney. This is one case where I wouldn’t mind being “discredited”. He should prove he is eligible to be our president. How can he swear to protect the constitution and trample on it at the same time?????

Correct, NONE of the pols want to touch this (BOTH DEMS and GOP). I think they are secretly hoping that SCOTUS will grant Cert and (if there is no valid BC) carry the water for them.

I don’t see how the Right would be discredited. The Right is simply asking for proof to satisfy Constitutional requirements. If there is proof, then Obama looks a bit irresponsible, IMHO.
Sound advice. We should continue to ask questions and persue legal options but it is not wise to try to convince ourselves, or the world, that a valid HI BC does not exist. Remember how foolish some folks made us look during the Ashley Todd affair.
