The case was dropped on a technicality (FBI evidence procedures).
Yes, he should be in prison.
But Ayer’s father was a **very** prominent and influential man in Chicago.....
I am really surprise he, and especially Dohrn, are still alive. I would think someone would have performed non-governmental capital punishment on them by now.
