This has FDR written all over it:

“First, we are giving opportunity of employment to one-quarter of a million of the unemployed, especially the young men who have dependents, to go into the forestry and flood prevention work. This is a big task because it means feeding, clothing and caring for nearly twice as many men as we have in the regular army itself. In creating this civilian conservation corps we are killing two birds with one stone. We are clearly enhancing the value of our natural resources and second, we are relieving an appreciable amount of actual distress.”

“...employment to one-quarter of a million of the unemployed, especially the young men who have dependents...”

So we know the “who”. Baby-daddys that are currently part of our crime waves, inner city gangs, and lazy bums.

“...to go into the forestry and flood prevention work...”

And we know the where, the what, and the why. To stem the flood of folks fleeing the cities, to play robin hood in the woods by bringing the inner city crime to your rural ranch.

“...we are relieving an appreciable amount of actual distress.”

It'll be great. You gonna be so...relieved...relieved of your rights, relieved of your freedoms...relieved of your money.

It's gonna be grand!
*tingles down my leg just thinking about it*

or was that tinkles?
