It has been my contention that the american medical model of healthcare delivery is lacking access because of one reason: the business of medical malpractice.
Can you imagine a system where the feds takeover the delivery system, but leave the malpractice system as is?
So, everytime there’s a problem with delays due to the system or rationing of care due to inadequate resources....
