I can't believe you all are ordering up special chili seasonings when all are available cheap at the supermarkets!

I pick up packets of California Chile...which is ok but mostly Anaheim chilies; New Mexican, which is Anaheim and something else...like Poblano or Serrano; and a packet of cumin and blend my own.

Does a former NYer and resident Hawaiian have to school South Westerners in the art of creating a Chili?

Forget the cinnamon, save it for the flan.

LOL.....actually I only need help with the Cincinnati chili.

That’s a whole different kinda chili....I buy the Skyline packets online.

I also have to order my pure ancho chili powder online. I can’t find it in the stores!:)
