Thought you guys might get a kick out of this tidbit I found at Ace of Spades:

Al-Maliki Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

He won’t win, of course. That honor will go to... oh, let’s say Barack Obama. For having done nothing. (Best. Career. Ever.)

If Maliki did win, he would be accepting it largely on behalf of members of the American military, who couldn’t attend because they’re getting stuff done.
