The challenging part of analyzing a juror or witness is decifering the non-verbal body language.

This is me during jury selection: "Pick me! Pick me!" But only on the inside, so I don't scare off the attorneys. On the outside I've perfected the appearance of a nonintellectual lady easy to sway through emotional appeals. On the inside--Harry Callaghan. It got me onto a murder trial jury once.

The caller used “nimrod” to describe these enviro-mental jerks. That’s a good word to use for all those who voted for Obama.

“Civil War 2”

i don't think it will come to that - my guess is that (like an addict), we will have to face severe problems before the people vote out the libtards

probably economic - fed won't be able to sell worthless paper, hyperinflation, hyperunemployment - loaf of bread that costs $20,000 - no affordable energy

and yes - i compared libtards to addicts - have to hit rock bottom before they relinquish their addiction and try something new

Patience IS a virtue, y’know. Still, virtues can be over-taxed. =)

You can imagine how Mark suffers through those clips of Obama speaking. Obama is always taking tons of time to say NOTHING. I feel sorry for Mark’s callers who mean well, but aren’t able to get their thoughts over in a timely manner, but I also feel sorry for Mark, because he’s trying not to be late for the commercial breaks or allow the audience to get bored.

Can you imagine how boring the show would be if the “Fairness Doctrine” forced us to listen to monotone, stupid liberals?

that is not the battery backup - its the clothes dryer (wonder how that story played out)

hate to tell tgo - but you will have to buy the new battery - verizon does have a plan that covers the battery (and all your electronics) but its pricy

Mark- Is there a way that you could spend an hour each night (beginning whenever..) ...teaching the constitution and the amendments?

I keep thinking about how to EDUCATE the country- how to bring our principles ALIVE for people who are uneducated. Those of us who cherish our liberty seem to be a minority.

Part of why so many of us LOVED Fred was because he talked about first principles, small government and the constitution. In his wonderful essays each week he’d discuss a current news item or event and talk about it in terms of the conservative view.

THREE HOURS!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO!!!! YES YES YES!!!

this is how we handle the stoopid people - we grant their wish for the government to take care of their every need and make every decision for them

and the price for that wish is their vote - its taken from them

i agree with ya but there were plenty of illegals voting in the last 2 elections.

The big numbers, you, me and everyone else knows it came specifically in the African American segment. In any election year, the Democratic candidate gets 90% of the vote. I have no doubt That One got his 90%{not the 98% the MSM had us thinking he was going to get}but when 5-6 million more African Americans vote, there isn’t much anyone can do.

What we have to do is as you suggest, lock the borders and get any illegals the hell out of our country. Then we need to get the natives off the entitlements, off the couches and the bed, and to the workplace, and I mean NOW!!!

Depends how drastic the policy changes are. If the civilian security force starts coming for the guns, all heck is gonna break loose.

That’s a sad fact about the African American community. No matter how unqualified the Democratic candidate, they’ll vote for him/her because a lot of them (excepting a number of free-thinking African Americans) are drones. They think that Democrats are going to help them by giving them hand-outs, but that is a myth. The Democrats are BUYING their vote and if it weren’t for their vote, the liberal Democrat Party wouldn’t give a rat’s *** about minorities.
