Canada hasn't succeeded banning parts of the bible. We often point out how the left spins things, and here you go, doing it yourself. What you are referring to is the BC human rights commission, and a ruling they have made on a hate speech complaint filed against a priest by some Faggot. All the HRC can do is determine, in the boards opinion, if an individual violated someones rights, and award damages. It does not make law. There is concern however, that it sets precedent for the courts consider should a case of the same nature be heard in those courts.
The priest was spanked is all. It doesn't stop him from preaching the bible, nor anyone else. More interesting, is there are complaints against the human rights commissions in several provinces, for making simular ridiculous rulings, because board members are activists for special interest groups such as gays and muslims.

The provincial courts of BC, and supreme court of Canada did not make any law banning parts of the bible.

We should be more concerned whats going on in our own country, because the exact same thing is happening here.
