“how many knuckle under because of inculcated white guilt and societal sanctions and how many resist or actively revolt.”

My generation (in their twenties) will actively revolt. We don’t give a damn about PC or how blacks ‘suffered’ under racism. We don’t have white guilt but we have a lot of anger over being shoved into the racist category every time blacks feel like using it as a verbal whip.

Of course, Obama’s change.gov website page on the service program has taken the mandatory elements out.

It took out the word required and now just says it is a “goal” and puts in an incentive for college students.

Obama is changing his policies before he even gets into office.

Got the ping. My ears are still ringing. Go easy on spinning object and flashing redlights. Im still playing Obama National Anthem on glennbeck.com daily. To remind of the enemy within. Rahm Emanuel should change is name to Little Hitler. Im debating if we should send him a dead fish to congratulated him on is new army of brainwash youths. It time to k... the government before it k... us.

I wonder how they’ll get past that pesky 13th Amendment, though...........

The same way McCain-Feingold got past the pesky 1st Amendment ... ignore it.

Australia has better beaches.

Have you been there? I'm asking because my wife has actually brought this up as a fallback point. I'm worried though that our imaginations of Australia make it out to be more than it is.

Your alittle behind on the times. The Consitution and the Bill of Right are already historical. And do not apply anymore. Only when it suits the socialist who have been running this country for at lest 100 years or more. And now the communist are coming with Obama and freinds.

It’s a tactic of the Communist Internationalle. In advancing world communism, you take two steps forward and one step back. The removal of certain unsavory elements from the public face of the plan is the ‘one step back.”

They will at some point take another two steps forward when they think we have become a little more comfortable.

We must never allow ourselves to become comfortable or complacent. We must keep throwing questions at them and keep them in a corner. We need more Palins and “Joe(s) the Plumber(s)” to keep hurling the questions that will force them to expose their intentions.

Typical leftist hypocrisy. I don’t believe Lenin or Stalin served in the military either though...

I have not been to australia, but some of the worlds best surfers come from there. Given the choice of Australia ad Canada, I’d take Australia from a purely emotional frame of mind, basing it on what little research I have done. History channel, movies, pop media stuff, travel magazines, etc. No real, quantitative analysis, though.

I did seriously look into moving there in my younger days, though. Canada was never on the radar scope then, and never will be.

"Arbeit macht frei" is a German phrase meaning "work brings freedom" or "work shall set you free/will free you" or "work liberates" and, literally in English, "work makes (one) free". The slogan is known in the English speaking world for being placed at the entrances to a number of Nazi concentration camps.

I visited Dachau last year. A very dour place but not as horrifying as you might think. I believe it was because they sterilized it as much as possible. I did see the inscription and took a picture of it.

One thing that has bothered me over the years is the sterilization of the Holocaust. They refer to Dachau, Austwicz, and the others as "concentration camps." I remember when I first started reading about it back in the 70's, they were called "death camps."

Just an FYI, In the Global Poverty Act, Obama wanted the US to meet the goals (thru a Presidential Plan) of the United Nations Millenium Objectives. It did not pass legislation. However, one of the objectives thru UNESCO IS Universal Peace Education - from pre-school to college. Unicef has a Peace education plan, you can read about it hear.

http://www.unicef.org/girlseducation/index_focus_peace_education.html

Some more interesting info on UNESCO:

http://www.crossroad.to/Quotes/globalism/julian-huxley.htm

The Global Poverty act would have the US give .7% of its GNP to the UN.

Here’s a quote from Ban Ki-Moon from his meeting with Obama:

“If ever there were a time for the world to join together, it is now,” he said, pointing to the global financial turmoil, climate change, reaching the anti-poverty Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by their 2015 deadline and the twin food and energy crises”
