Well..duh.....INCOME is taxed.....NOT wealth...and the wealthy have accountants, attorneys, etc...to help them AVOID taxes.....this is a no brainer....but it still pisses me off!
The article forgot to mention the most affluent overseas illegal contributors was the key factor.
