The judiciary and Congress must uphold the mandate of "We the people", "of the People, by the People and For the People!"

Unless the judiciary demands proof to verify his eligibility to even be President it won’t be worth the fight because we won’t have an operating Constitution.
50+% voted him in and I have no intention of attempting to force my will upon fellow Americans who prefer communism to freedom.

The FedGov isn't going to do anything to threaten its own existence and primacy.
