I don’t think much of it is illegal. The spying is directed at known terrorist contacting people here.
But I am done with defending Bush. He has messed everything up so badly these last 2 years, nail him for anything you can find!!

Not wanting to waste breath defending Bush, but he's not been in charge of Congress the last two years. But the real point is Bush has been attacked relentlessly from traitors inside the intelligence community, and the NY times has been complicit in aiding and abetting the enemy. This is not “whistle-blowing”, it's treason, and should be prosecuted as such.
