OK, Leo, I'm not a lawyer, I'll step aside now and watch the fireworks. In some ways I hope you're not successful, in that it would not be good for the nation. At the same time, I'm VERY angry at Obama for not clarifying this early on.

Here's the problem folks... we are surrounded by weak minds. It would not be good for the nation! No... lets just sh*t all over the Constitution. THAT would be good for the nation. STFU!

I have to disagree about whether or not this could be bad for our country. Sure, if it is decided that Obama is inelligible for the Presidency we would probably have riots and bloodshed. But if he usurps the office with the complicity of the courts it would be the end of constitutional government. In the long run, the latter possibility would lead to far more bloodshed.
