Hi! What you should have done is post the analysis part too.. You just posted the allegations... That just feeds the Mitt-haters who are constantly foaming at the mouth, always ready to jump at this at any chance they get... They won’t bother to click and see the analysis... IMO

But you are a failure economically in personal life and Romney is a huge success. I am inclined to back a successful person over a failed person.

Lot better than you have done for yourself. So why should I listen to you over a hugely successful person?

One must wonder why the Romney supporters are keeping this issue so high profile.

They're not. It's the anti-Romney crowd that's been harping on it and trying to use it to smear Mitt.

Romney signed gov’t healthcare.
Romney signed gay marriage.
Romney attacked the Boy Scouts.

There you go again repeating lies about Mitt. When are you going to learn that a lie never becomes truth, no matter how often you repeat it?

And please refrain from personal attacks and personal abuse on FR.

I see. So in Irene's world, quoting her own words back to her somehow constitutes a "personal attack."

Amazing how far reaching are the effects of RDS.

Some of you can believe that Romney’s people didn’t do the leaking but others of us from all the other campaigns know better.

How do you know? What evidence do you have?

Seems to me like it's just an article of faith in the Church of the Romney Haters.

I noticed that too. Kind of ironic. Her words speak for themselves.

You are as untruthful as your venal Master, Myth Romney.

You lie and say, Romney did not sign socialized medicine.

Of course, deceit is customary with you and Romney.

Here is a photo of your Master, for whom you lie,
chortling in absolute, uncontrollable laughter
at the moment when he has taken the liberty, rights, and privacy of his enslaved constituents
without a single vote, except for his own
and his Utah conspirators (just like Gay marriage which they imposed for their multiple marriages).
Here the liberal fascist socialist Romney installs RomneyCARE=HILLARYcare.

Curiosity (lying again for Myth Romney): Romney (never) signed gay marriage.

The Massachusetts Constitution ... states: "The power of suspending the laws,
or (suspending) the execution of the laws, ought never to be exercised but by the legislature..."
but "Gov. Romney's legal counsel issued a directive to the Justices of the Peace
that they must perform same-sex marriages when requested
or 'face personal liability' or be fired".

And so, Mitt Romney (Democrat, Utah) urinated on the Massachusetts Constitution (the oldest in the US, perhaps)
and SCHEMED with his Utah pals to enforce an illegal and flawed Court decision.
Romney should --and could-- have done nothing.
But Romney is a coward except when he backstabbing women and children.
And so, instead of following the Constitution, venal backstabber Romney ignored the Constitution
and cowardly demanded that the Clerks obey the illegal order.

But for Romney, NOTHING would have happened.
Therefore, Romney must equally share responsibility with the
Mass. Court's Chief Justice (placed there by her husband on the New York Times through the Boston Globe),
but Romney always plays the poor Mormon 'victim'. It is his way.

“Most of us have had enough of the anti-mormon spiel...Too bad for the likes of people like you...As if you haven't caused enough damage, you keep it up even now.”

Yeah, chum, I call this a “personal attack” for the syntax as well as the intent.

And now, I need to say the same to you:

Please refrain from personal attacks on my character, “curiosity”. This is a discussion forum. Keep the personal abuse to yourself: “in Irene's world” or “RDS”.

Thanks.

P.S. Why are you cyber stalking me, anyway, since I've never posted to you? Weird. Or just Mormon tactics?

Feel free to let me know.

Thanks for the Mitt Romney newspaper headline for what he'll do for gays.

I'll be emailing it around for anyone lulled into thinking that the Mormons backed Prop. 8 for any other reason than to set Mitt up for 2012.

They obviously didn't back Prop. 8 because they believe in Jesus or His holiness, or Mitt would have been censured long ago by the LDS leaders.

LOL. Yeah, worldnutdaily, that's a great source.

I'll note you have failed to provide a single source indicating Mitt signed gay marraige. He did no such thing, and in fact did everything in his power to fight it, your unsubstantiated denials not withstanding.

And no, it is not in in the power of a governor to defy a Supreme Court decision, unless you want to overturn Marbury vs. Madison.

As to his healthcare plan, it's not socialized medicine, as the vast majority of Massachusetts residents continue to get their health insurance privately. "Socialized medicine" means the government provides all healthcare, like in Canada, and that is emphatically NOT what happens in Massachusetts.

The photo you posted of him signing the law proves nothing.

Wow, someone sure is paranoid.

FYI, I'm not a Mormon, and I replied to your post because you had just falsely accused one of my "cyber friends" of a launching a personal attack.

You do know what the word “syntax” means?

Add paranoia and conspiracy theorizing to the list of symptoms under Romney Derangement Syndrome.

Okay, curiousity, riddle me and Diogenesis this if you don’t believe Mitt carried the water for Gay Marriage:

Mitt Romney Cruisin’ Toward 2012?

November 10, 2008 2:20:25 PM PST · 118 of 127

You know, DJ, with all the articles boasting of the mormons’ involvement in getting gay marriage banned in CA, it strikes me that no one has even mentioned Mitt’s actions in MA on gay marriage. From a Townhall article HERE, just one year ago

“When the Massachusetts’ Supreme Court imposed gay marriage on the citizens of the Commonwealth, Romney could have exercised a “bill of address” to impeach the activist judges. But he didn’t. He signed something he didn’t have to directing town clerks to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples or be fired. One Justice of the Peace Linda Gray Kelley did lose her job because of her religious views against gay marriage.

Romney went even further however and directed his Department of Health to change the state marriage licenses to read “Party A” and “Party B” replacing “Husband” and “Wife.” Romney was under no legal obligation to do either of these things. Would a true family values governor do this?

He now claims to support a constitutional amendment to protect marriage. Yet, in 2002, then governor Romney called a similar attempt to amend the Massachusetts’ Constitution “too extreme.”

It strikes me as pretty strange that there are people being “disciplined” over speaking out against the Mormon involvement in Prop 8, but I sure haven’t seen one single thing that would indicate that Mitt was or would be “disciplined” for his role in making gay marriage a fact in MA by the LDS “church”.
