A desperate desire to be known for something other than Lake Woebegone?
I just don’t get it. I worked for a company with thousands of MN co-workers and can’t imagine a one of them who’d vote for Stewart Smalley. OK, maybe one or two...but they were batchelor Norwegian farmers.
I have a friend in Minn and she is a Democrat. Nice person. She said she believes that “a rising tide lifts all boats”.
No point in arguing the details with her.
