“Agreed. Now what are we going to do about it?”

Well the logical answer would be to fight it in court if it is enacted.

Rush has the $$$$...Mark Levin has the legal prowess and resources to fight the case in the court room.

But that brings up the issue of the judges themselves.

There are so may holes in the appeals court system thanks to Dems blocking almost every nominee for the bench the President sent up that all we’re left with for the most part are Clinton and Carter appointees.

If someone sponsored by the Left comes into court with a request for a TRO on talk radio until the Fairness Doctrine issue is settled or saying that Talk radio in it’s current form is a monopoly in violation of FTC rules...and that until the Court can make a ruling on the matter it should be removed from the air...it could take YEARS to work it’s way to resolution.

Meanwhile the Left would go on it’s merry way towards their Socialist agenda with nary a voice of opposition.

Honestly our best bet is to make sure we get people elected in the 2010 mid terms that won’t allow this to happen in the Congress.

And then PRAY that The Rookie doesn’t decide put the Fairness Doctrine into effect via Executive Order.

“Stroke of the pen...law of the land...pretty neat” - Bill Clinton

Grow the Economy, Stupid

Photobucket
See Mitt Romney for an Economic plan that will work.
A meeting with Democrat Hacks will not work,
those who know Economics will see right through it,
as they did your election to the Presidency,
anything less than a sincere, honest effort will tank the Economy,
no tax increases in a "stimulus package".
A "middle income" Tax Cut (Rebate) will not work,
you could give them all a $100,000, and
next May, most will be broke again.
"Middle income" need Job Opportunity,
and you are Wasting their Time.
Exploiting Class Envy is not a viable solution, and
you will become a one term novelty, Mr. Øbama.

Exactly, this has always been the biggest fear of an advanced republic like ours that it’s leaders would start voting themselves and constituents the wealth of the nation and here it is in front of us.

Wow! I can't believe the Obambots would dare to take my name in vain and use a phony, cheap, imitation, Cedric to push their DIVIDE & CONQUER tactics on Rush's show!

Now they've gone too far!!!

I know some conservative Hispanics who are struggling with this very issue. These Hispanics want more Republicans to win because of our values, free markets and what being an American stands for. What is hard, for us, is how to help them grow the Hispanic base without alienating people over the illegal immigration problem.

schools, dominated by the left, may yet be our undoing.

&&&&&

Domination by the left has been their plan - since the 1960s.

The chickens are fully in the roost now.

I grieve for the country we had, just when so many other nations are turning away from socialism, having seen how crippling it is to all society.

Even bucolic New Zealand has just elected a (moderate) Conservative party to rule.

Isn’t Pelosi’s ‘tax cut’ talk admitting Bush was going in the right direction for the economy? Nancy, we also think the tax cuts weren’t deep enough. You are slow in the head lady!!!

Exactly but remember rionoism is not the pathway to victory, its Conservative candidates all the way or we wind up with McCain/Crist/Lindsay Graham types again and ultimately lose.

Yes, I am proud my election ballot wasn’t the mirror image of Bill Ayers, he would chose all UNpatriotic,

The Terrorist’s Candidate
Who gets Bill Ayers’ campaign cash? Only The One.

http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=NDMxNTg5OTIzN2I2Y2ZiNDk1ZGM5ZmU0YmU5YjJjZmY=

Barack Obama’s critics appropriately have spotlighted the Democratic nominee’s ties to William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, the remorseless co-founders and leaders of the terrorist Weather Underground. However, Obama’s detractors largely overlook Ayers’ campaign contribution to Obama.

On April 2, 2001, Ayers donated $200 to Obama’s Illinois State Senate re-election campaign. Though not a jackpot, this represents Ayers’ only recorded political contribution.

After he’s in office-—if he makes it to the office-—what about impeachment grounds?

Impeachment will never make it to the floor of the House - not with the present make-up. If it turns out that there are solid grounds for impeachment, then in order to have it considered we would need to elect a conservative Republican majority. (Not squishy Republicans, like Peter King, who I heard this morning and who was disgusting.)
