Greta just announced Gov. Palin will be on her show Monday night. I think she said she's going to Alaska to talk to her. As I type this, Greta is talking to Rush about Gov. Palin
Sarah has the balls that most GOP men wish they had.
I will always believe that Sarah was introduced to the nation for a reason. I cannot believe that God would send her out on another national campaign, only to fail again.
What are talking about? If a man with the name Lindsay doesn’t say ‘butch’ to you I don’t what does.
Greta has a husband who supported Sarah and may have influenced Greta to take a closer look at Sarah...we don’t know...but Greta’s gut instinct as a good reporter is leading her down the path to actually support Sarah because Sarah represents everything that Greta would like to be! Think about it for a minute...Sarah became an overnight hit..big bang...Greta would like that to happen for her...so she will coattail Sarah and hope that she can enjoy the fruits when Sarah becomes President. (Unfortunately for Major Garrett of FoxNews, he chose a donkey for his future aspirations).
“I wish she’d slam her colleague, Carl Cameron for spreading this crap.”
I can’t figure out for the life of me what Cameron hoped to gain with this. He’s a small man as far as I’m concerned, and he’s lost the respect of everyone I’ve talk with about it.
Isn’t he the one that first reported the old DUI on Pres. Bush?
“(Unfortunately for Major Garrett of FoxNews, he chose a donkey for his future aspirations).”
All that bag licking he did during the campaign really helped him today didn’t it.
What? What happened I missed it.
I’m disappointed McCain himself hasn’t been more public in defending her. I understand he probably needs a few days to lick his wounds from Tuesday, but I’d like to see him set the record straight.
I don’t think it’s his people so much as it Bush people who worked on his campaign.
Their motivation is twofold.
One, by scapegoating Palin they divert the media from talking about the real #1 reason McCain lost which was utter disgust many felt towards Bush and his administration, his 75% disapproval ratings and the fact that the economy totally imploded under his watch with us heading into recession, unemployment and inflation jumping to their highest levels in 15+ years and the market losing 35% of its value in 6 weeks.
Second is their desire to totally destroy Palin and ruin her future, so they can pave the way for Jeb Bush or Mitt Romney. Note, I don’t think Jeb or Mitt are behind any of this. It’s more the staffers and underlings that want ot clear the field for them. And blame Palin so they can deflect blame from the fact that that it their guy Bush who they backed and supported for so many years that led to this.
Unfortunately there is a leader of the GOP and there has been for close to 10 years. His name is George W Bush, and he’s the main reason we’re where we are right now. The sooner he’s finally off the stage the better.
Thanks for letting us know. I’ll try to catch the west coast airing of Greta in a while to hear Rush. I’m really happy to see Sarah speaking out about the abuse she’s taking. It’s just not right and I hope it really backfires.
I sent Sarah a thank you card with a word of encouragement yesterday. I truly hope she’s around for a long, long time. She has inspired me like no one else.
Lets NOT forget that Greta was one of Slick Willie’s greatest apologists in the 90’s. She may like Palin — but work for her? Press Sec’y?
No.
I don’t believe so, but don’t really remember. I’m sure he reported on it once it was out, but I believe he traveled with the Bush campaign back then as he did with McCain.
I was suspicious of him back then because of things I just picked up on that didn’t seem right. But after the election, he really never gave me another reason to be suspicious. Until now.
“well this isn’t Watergate, it’s gossip”
I’m so glad she said that. I’ve screamed the same words at the TV many times when some gossipy reporter plays the Watergate card in trying to defend their foolishness.
I’ll watch Greta and a couple of others, but other than that, I’m done with FOX.
This stinking bio-pile is just vying for a better deck chair on the Titanic.
For Fox News-makers (a position formerly held by reporters) to be a player in the new White House era they feel they need to shed their conservative right-leaning image. What better way to do this than to (attempt) to sacrifice the poster child of the conservative movement.
IMHO
