"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."

Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

If he is decertified before December 13th get ready for POTUS Hillary.

The Founders were adament about not allowing a democracy arise from the Revolution. They knew that it would led to oppression and wrote the Constitution to protect the minority from democracy.

As to the World Series comparision interesting. But not everyone has an equal chance to win the big prize in the electoral college.

Yeah I've read some stuff online. They saw democracy as mob rule.

Btw, found this in the LoC. I don't know if you've ever seen it but I certainly enjoyed it.

let us now agree that a bloodless revolution has taken place. The flag will not change, the name will not change, but if implemented, the changes the left seeks will fundamentally alter the nation. We can all sit back and watch this happen, or we can DO something I choose to Do!
