Senator John Kerry is lobbying hard for the post but the Obama team sees him as “loopy” and doubt his managerial ability. Gosh, same could be said of Biden, Pelosi, and Reid.
Maybe, if Kerry came on board, he could get a couple of more Purple Heart Medals! Like if he is crawling home, on hands and knees, and scrapes his knuckled or knee caps.
