When sworn in on January 20th, he will be.

Doesn’t mean I have to like it.

Lacking any proof of inelegibility persuasive to a judge (COLB detractors, the ball is in YOUR court), he will be the legitimate occupant of the office of POTUS, with all the power and responsibility and privileges that go therewith.

“I don’t like him” does not make him not my - or your - President.

The office of President exists regardless of who is in it.
Respect the office, if not the occupant.

Suck it up, get used to the phrase “President Obama”, and cope.
“He’s not my President” is symptomatic of Obama Derangement Syndrome (and is no less idiodic/debilitating than Bush or Palin Derangement Syndrome).

These judges are ruling that anyone alleging a grievance against Obama and his qualifications doesn’t have standing. Excuse me, but when has it been the case where an American citizen doesn’t have the right to demand the Constitution be followed or to ask a fellow ‘citizen’ to prove his eligibility for the presidency?
