An important note is how this will be done. For years, whenever the federal government adds requirements to local schools, they do it with the threat of “compliance, or lose your federal aid money.”

That is, more “unfunded mandates.” It will have to be coercive, otherwise the vast majority of schools wouldn’t do any of the things the feds demand.

It may be better in the end for public school system to assess the costs of doing with-out the federal funding just to be free of chains of the federal mandates!

Fixed. BTW, it's Open House Week at our local parochial and private schools. Christian beliefs, Christian philosophy, Christian teachers.
