They could have been different copies. Even if they were the same, the factcheck site could have taken their photos and sent the copies to kos and smears where they were scanned (not photographed). From there they were shared electronically as flat scans. Some of those scans show the creases. The ones that don't could be different copies or forgeries.

I don't know why factcheck didn't show the reverse but the front of the document is convincing that it was govt generated artifact or it had to be generated using a stamp and seal that would have left witnesses when they were procured. I don't understand your point about the timing of the speech. He could have requested several copies at various times.

If they had scanned the document shown on Fact Check, the embossed seal they show would have been evident on the scan. Something stinks, besides just the March date stamps on the pics.
