Janice Okubo did not redact that when she sent it to Barry. And earlier the most she would say is that it looked like a real COLB, but seemed to missing the the requisite stamp.

Also, she told the St. Petersburg Times “I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.”
