Exactly.EXACTLY! And IIRC there's at least one case in court today on this very subject.If that's true,I wonder how the Osama camp is handling it.Do they have any lawyers involved? If so,are these lawyers fighting the whole thing or cooperating? If they're fighting it,why? Executive Privilege"? And if they don't have anyone involved,why not? Why don't they have a lawyer there saying "Your Honor,I'm holding a written authorization from Mr Osama addressed to the Hawaii Dept of Vital Records and to Hawaii's Attorney General authorizing full cooperation by the State of Hawaii with any request of this court as well as from the press concerning his birth records.It's already been sent to Honolulu and I'm presenting it to you now."
And consider this.If it's discovered,by chance,that Osama does *not* meet the Constitutional requirement to serve as President *after* he's sworn in whaddya think *that* will cause....firestorm-wise?
I don’t know if they actually have a procedure in the electoral college to do this. That could tie things up awhile but those pledged to vote for Obama may just steam roller the rest. I’m sure there are lawyers studying the history of the electorl college at the minute.
The Dems may tire of the game and just give it up or continue to make those seeking the holy birth certificate jump like a Jack Russell Terrier on crack.
