I don’t know if they actually have a procedure in the electoral college to do this. That could tie things up awhile but those pledged to vote for Obama may just steam roller the rest. I’m sure there are lawyers studying the history of the electorl college at the minute.

I do not believe it can be done. Look at the fool trying to claim Satnley Ann was 19 when Barry was born. You can’t fix such idiocy when they can’t even subtract 11/42 from 8/61 ... and get 19 years. I know that a lot of "ifs" but his refusal to provide anything more than a birth certificate that could have easily been photoshopped certainly makes me scratch my head.And then scratch it some more.
