It’s amazing that their ideas on gun control is the equivalent of trickle-down economics, yet they rail against that particular idea. While we know those in charge know better, the lower minions really believe that keeping firearms out of the hands of legitimate citizens will keep them away from criminals.

The Tiahrt Amendment he wants to repeal:
“Tiahrt is the author of the Tiahrt Amendment, which prohibits the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) from releasing information from its firearms trace database to anyone other than a law enforcement agency or prosecutor in connection with a criminal investigation. Additionally, any data so released is inadmissible in a civil lawsuit.[5]”
From wikipedia. I guess the right to privacy only applies to women and criminals.
