If we cut spending with our military and use the savings to fund this new 'civilian national security force', what will we have saved and why do it at all? Where do our state militias fall in all this? Wouldn't they be considered 'civilian national security forces'? What about our National Guard?

Because he can't use the Military to put down civilian dissent...but he could use the "civilian National Security Force" (aka Gestapo).......
