I’ll bet they REQUIRE the “service” by making it a condition of GETTING social security checks....or TUITION cuts, etc......MAKES ME SICK....FORCED volunteerism is an oxymoron...

and tuition will go up therefore many students will be coerced into ‘volunteering’ or else they won’t be able to afford college.
