Guess the point that I was trying to make was that the SCOTUS is not going to ALL deny the oath of office they took and open themselves up to ridicule.Even if Berg doesn't prove his case, there still must be a system to verify eligibility.

The justices have achieved their position because of their knowledge and respect of the law. They are not en mass going to ignore this situation. (Particularly Souter) Guess I should have put some kind of sarcasm marks around that part.
