It has been out at least a month and it appears that the Constitution is no longer valid in America.America may need a Civil Insurrection.

The dems have pulled off what amounts to a coup. If they can create and ignore this consitutional crisis, then there is nothing in the constitution that they won’t run roughshod over. Someone needs to take a stand and do what is right. Obama needs to step aside.

SCOTUS generally FROWNS on the trampling of the Constitution.

Just look to Brown v. Board of Education, which was 9-0 (southern judges had wanted to dissent for fear of reprisal in their states ... but did not), United States v. Nixon, which was 8-0 (Rehnquist took no part), and Bush v. Gore, which was 7-2 (2 libs - Breyer and Souter joined the majority agreeing that it was a clear violation of Equal Protection).

I think SCOTUS hold the Constitution sacred and will do the right thing.
