Not sure I quite understand how to add it up, but here our my answers:

1.I strongly agree, Jesus is God. 2.I strongly agree, Life begins at conception 3.I strongly agree,any abortion is murder.. 4. I strongly disagree, child should never pay for sins of father. 5.go back and forth on term limits. 6. I strongly agree in a balance budget. 7. I would vote for one man, one woman only marriage. 8. I strongly agree flat tax seems like good idea. 9. I strongly agree tax cuts are always good idea. 10.I strongly agree all illegals should be deported, but because we have murdered over 53 million of our own citizens we must let the good, (Christian) ones return to work for us. 11. Legal immigration should be totally rehauled and reduced. 12. Not sure what H1B are, but I am sure I have a strong opinion based on a very conservative world view. 13. Vouchers are a good idea as long as the government keeps its nose out of what is taught.

That is just a beginning, a teaser/appetizer that I whipped up in 10 minutes of brainstorming. A real litmus matrix would need to be hammered out on across-the-board issues.
