...Palin/Jindal 2012!! THAT...would be a beautiful thing!
A mistake for two reasons. First, Jindal is nearly the smartest person in politics. Pairing him with Palin would only highlight her intellectual shallowness. Fact is many young voters want an well-educated person for president. You can scoff, but it's a fact. And Jindal can show that it is possible to be religious and educated.
Second, even if Jindal is paired with Palin, he should be first on the ticket. His accomplishments go beyond that of Palin's. He just gotten more done and would deserve the first spot.
I’d put it a bit more diplomatically but...you’re right.
and where did you get all your information?
Palin was dan quayled. It is depressing and sad but true.
I disagree.
Reagan was not "well educated", as the term is used in politics. (Harvard/Yale, law degree, etc.) It's a well-worn Liberal talking point that a candidate must be "well educated" in the formal sense of the word.
And Obama is not really well educated, but well indoctrinated. He's an affirmative action sock puppet. He had a speech writer who was able to create stirring prose, but the man himself is average at best.
I would bet on Sarah Palin in a fair test of intellect and real education (minus the speech writers and handlers) against Mr. Obama any day of the week.
