I predict he will caucus with the Democrats again.
I don’t think so. He really got F*(*) by the DNC when he ran for re-election. I think he’ll stay Independent and caucus with the Pubs. He knows he doesn’t stand a chance of re-election again and I’m sure will be in full pay-back mode every chance he gets.
