The anonymous trashing of Sarah Palin by blabbermouth McCain aides who are leaking to Fox News is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
Allahs got the vid clip of a report citing unnamed McCain staffers accusing Palin of lacking, in Carl Camerons words, knowledgeability.
At least all the Hollywood and Manhattan Palin-haters were willing to sign their names and put their faces on their attacks.
Lets assume the rumor-mongers are telling the truth for a moment. Who does it damn more: Sarah Palin or McCain and his vetters who green-lighted her for the vice presidential nomination? Dont need an Ivy League degree to figure that one out.
Sarah Palin worked her heart out. She energized tens of thousands to come out who would have otherwise stayed home. She touched countless families. I didnt agree with everything she said on the campaign trail. But two fundamental conservative stands she took mattered greatly to me: She vigorously defended the Second Amendment and the sanctity of life more eloquently in practice than any of the educated conservative aristocracy.
And she did it all with a tirelessness and infectious optimism that defied the shameless, bottomless attempts by elites in both parties to bring her and her family down.
Shame on the smearers who dont have the balls to show their faces.
Thank you, Sarah Palin. Thank you for stepping up the plate and serving your country.

More: Ace of Spades is %^&* spitting mad:
Heres a story these staffers tell: Sent to collect Palin from a hotel, she greeted them, straight from the shower (running late, I guess ) dressed (scandal!) only in a bathrobe (presumably a very thick hotel bathrobe).
These staffers called that uncommon Cameron delighted in the word to give it the sound of whorish, unprofessional.
Heh, assholes? She had to open the door and had just gotten out of the shower. Did you want her to use her magical powers of telekinesis to open the door for you?
So is RedState, which announces an accountability project.
Screw that! There is no evidence Sarah “went rogue” and the very idea of a VP candidate doing so is ludicrous. Grow up.
I have a BA in International relations (1985). I spent four years doing two years worth of work. A master's in IR is a waste. Better off with an MA in Economics.
Don’t believe it. It is campaign staff trying to cover their failings.
Really?
Better yet,
Who could spend all waking hours during an intense national campaign with McCain’s idiots (who can’t “strategerize” themselves out of a wet paper bag) without “going rogue”?
There’s good reason to see why anyone who wouldn’t doesn’t deserve consideration.
“I think I have a solution: Governor Palin should go back to school and get a Masters Degree in International Relations from a prestigious university while working on plans to run in 2012. Comments?”

She has a job.
Screw style points...just waste the mothers...electorally of course.
Okay, but you get my drift.
Many people with busy jobs go back and get degrees. I got my MBA and PhD while working.
Carl was probably giddy over the thought that it could have been him that knocked on Palin's door. Might be the closest Carl ever gets to an attractive, naked (although covered) woman.
Oops.. meant TRAITORS!
You were thinking about Minnesota not Michigan.
It's time we get rid of all the RINO'S. WHAT GOOD ARE THEY?
I do, and you're right.
Sarah. The ONLY reason that I voted for McCain.
Otherwise I was voting against The Socialist.
Thank You for posting.
This can be laid at the feet of one guy,John McCain. No more liberals.
and that says a lot, doesn’t it? I thought Schmidt was a decent guy, have never been able to stomach Davis... and frankly, I got pretty sick of seeing Lieberman and Lindsey Graham at every campaign stop..
It would be a waste of time and money to get a MA in Internaitional Relations.
It is meaningless in the same way a Harvard MBA is meaningless on how to run a business. Better to start out working on the bottom floor of a business - that way you get to know everything about how it is operated.
Governor Palin already knows how to relate to others. She did a terrific job on the road for McCain. All she needs is the common sense and natural courtesy she already possesses as an American. Anything else culturally specific can come from the Department of State (that is about all they should have to do, except warn about “irregularities” concerning individuals and/or events).
